Qualified workmanship warranty
Dream Team Plumbing provides a two-year workmanship warranty on most qualifying completed work. It applies to labor performed by Dream Team Plumbing and does not cover manufacturer defects, unrelated system failures, water damage, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized alterations, or conditions outside the approved scope.
Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranties, registration requirements, maintenance conditions, exclusions, shipping, labor, and replacement procedures are controlled by the manufacturer’s written terms. Dream Team Plumbing does not replace those terms with a blanket promise.
Estimates and authorization
Dream Team Plumbing uses flat-rate pricing for defined approved scopes. A booking request is not a contract, guaranteed response time, or authorization to begin work. Conditions found after access or disassembly may require a revised option before additional work proceeds.
Access, protection, and restoration
Access openings, concrete, landscape, drywall, paint, cabinetry, tile, insulation, engineering, utility work, permits, and other-trade restoration are included only when they are specifically listed in writing.
Owner-supplied equipment
Owner-supplied fixtures or equipment must be complete, undamaged, code-compatible, and suitable for the existing plumbing and installation. Additional parts, corrections, or other trades may be required.
Scheduling and service limits
Routine appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Arizona time. Dream Team Plumbing does not advertise guaranteed same-day service, round-the-clock emergency response, new-construction plumbing, hydro-jetting, trenchless sewer replacement, or electronic leak detection.
Protection plans under review
Protection-plan contract terms are being supplied by the owner. No plan price, extended labor term, discount, priority promise, salt-delivery benefit, or other membership benefit is offered on this page until the final contract is approved and published.
