Sewer Line Services in Mesa & the East Valley

Your sewer line is one of the most important parts of your home's plumbing system — and one of the easiest to ignore until something goes seriously wrong. Slow drains throughout the house, gurgling toilets, sewage odors, or sewage backing up into the lowest fixtures are all signs that your sewer line needs attention.

We provide sewer line camera inspections, hydro-jetting, repair, and full replacement throughout the East Valley. Our camera inspection service lets us see exactly what's happening inside your sewer line without any digging — we insert a high-definition camera into the line and transmit live video, showing us the precise location and nature of any problem.

For lines with grease buildup, scale, or minor root intrusion, hydro-jetting is the most effective cleaning method. Water pressurized up to 4,000 PSI scours the interior of the pipe clean — removing grease, mineral deposits, roots, and debris more thoroughly than a mechanical snake, with results that last significantly longer.

For damaged or deteriorated lines, we offer trenchless repair and replacement options that minimize excavation. We'll tell you honestly what we find and what we recommend — including when a full replacement is necessary versus when a repair or cleaning will solve the problem.

East Valley sewer lines face a few specific challenges: tree root intrusion from desert landscaping, ground shifting from Arizona's clay soils, and aging orangeburg or cast iron pipe in older homes. We know what to look for and how to address it.

We serve Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Gold Canyon, and Phoenix.

HOW IT WORKS

1
Camera inspection first

We insert a high-definition camera into your sewer line to see exactly what's happening — blockages, root intrusion, pipe damage, grease buildup, or collapsed sections. We show you the footage and explain what we found.

2
Honest diagnosis and recommendation

Based on what the camera shows, we explain your options clearly. If a cleaning will solve the problem, we'll tell you. If the line needs repair or replacement, we'll explain why and what's involved.

3
Written price before any work starts

You get a flat-rate price in writing before we proceed. No surprises.

4
Hydro-jetting, repair, or replacement

For blockages and buildup, we hydro-jet the line clean. For structural damage, we proceed with the appropriate repair method — trenchless lining, spot repair, or full replacement depending on the condition of the pipe.

5
Post-service camera verification

After cleaning or repair, we run the camera again to confirm the line is clear and the repair is complete. You see the result, not just our word for it.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I know if I have a sewer line problem versus a single clogged drain?
If only one drain is slow or clogged, the problem is usually localized to that drain or the pipe directly connected to it. If multiple drains throughout the house are slow, backing up, or gurgling at the same time — especially the lowest fixtures like a basement floor drain or ground-floor toilet — that points to a main sewer line problem. A camera inspection is the definitive way to know.
What is hydro-jetting and how is it different from snaking?
A drain snake (auger) breaks through clogs mechanically — it punches a hole through the blockage but doesn't clean the pipe walls. Hydro-jetting uses water pressurized up to 4,000 PSI to scour the entire interior of the pipe clean, removing grease, scale, mineral deposits, and roots from the pipe walls. The results last significantly longer than snaking, especially for grease buildup and root intrusion.
How often should I have my sewer line inspected?
For most homes, a camera inspection every 3–5 years is a reasonable preventive measure. If you have large trees near your sewer line, if your home is older than 30 years, or if you've had recurring drain problems, more frequent inspections make sense. We also recommend a sewer inspection before purchasing a home — it's one of the things a standard home inspection doesn't cover.
What is trenchless sewer repair?
Trenchless repair allows us to repair or replace damaged sewer lines with minimal excavation. Pipe lining (CIPP) involves inserting a resin-coated liner that cures in place, creating a new pipe within the old one. Pipe bursting replaces the old pipe by pulling a new pipe through while fracturing the old one outward. Both methods are significantly less disruptive than traditional open-trench replacement.
How do tree roots get into sewer lines?
Tree roots naturally seek out moisture and nutrients. Even tiny cracks or loose joints in sewer pipes allow roots to infiltrate and grow inside the line over time. Once inside, roots expand and can eventually cause significant blockages or structural pipe damage. We can remove roots and repair the entry points — and we'll tell you honestly if the root intrusion is severe enough to warrant replacement.
What areas do you serve for sewer line services?
We provide sewer line camera inspections, hydro-jetting, repair, and replacement throughout Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Apache Junction, Fountain Hills, Gold Canyon, and Phoenix, Arizona.
